Abu Qatada points out that it is impermissible to call the saudi salafis as munafiq or kafir if they insults or calls those people who are doing jihad against the rulers as munafiq/kafir. The rulers are clearly non muslims since they don't adhere to tawheed haakimiya. As far as I'm aware they are only two types of jihad obligatory(individual obligation) and non-obligatory(collective) and jihad against the ruler is clearly obligatory as these kuffar rulers have clearly occupied muslim land.
So on what basis does Abu Qatada get so upset with Sheikh Faisal?
